60 Day Return Policy
We gladly accept returns within 60 days of the ship date.
Returned merchandise must be in the original condition and packaging as received.
Items not eligible for returns:
- Chain by the foot (once it's cut it's sold)
Note: Buyer is responsible for return shipping, unless an error is made on our part. If you are processing a return due to an error on our part please call us before sending. This will ensure that you are refunded for the return shipping.
Refund credit will be issued to the credit/debit card used to purchase the order. (Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to post to your account.)
*Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
*Paypal refunds may be subject to an extra fee from Paypal. (We have no control over this fee.)
Shipping Policy
Most orders ship within 48 hours (2 business days). Please allow for additional handling time during high volume periods (Holiday season, sales, etc.).
Customers will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as their order is shipped.

- FREE FLAT RATE PRIORITY SHIPPING on orders of $50 or more (5 - 7 business days)
- $12.00 - (5 - 7 business days) USPS Flat Rate
International:
- $24.95 - (8+ business days) USPS International Flat Rate

*On rare occasions shipping will have to be upgraded due to weight. If an order is upgraded due to weight an extra charge will occur (We choose the lowest rate available.). If you qualify for promotional shipping you will not pay this extra charge.
